This Destoner is mainly used in food processing plants to separate stone fromgrain and seed. It is the use of the different specific gravity and suspension speed of food grains and stones. Adopt the method of Wind and mechanical movement, to remove sand and other heavy impurities. Process in food processing plants should be installed in after the clean-up process, without the removal of large and small, light impurities in the raw grain, not directly into the machine, so as not to affect the efficiency of stone removal.

the working principle and process  of sesame destoner

This Destoner is according to the material, stones with different proportion of suspension velocity, by force to do reciprocating vibration sieve body caused material and the relative motion, and then use the sieve body lower blower blowing airflow to separate materials and stones. when work, material from the bulk grain tank to the work surface, the working surface to do reciprocating vibration and wind action, make significant stone sink to the material, the small proportion material float on top, forming material and stones of stratification. In the upper material in wind driven and under the action of gravity, continuously along the inclined working face to grain outlet ( low end ) motion, slip into grain tank and discharge. stone because of its heavy, easy to contact with net surface, due to work surface friction, crawling to stone exit (high end), sliding into a stone tank and discharge.
